Uh Cheese! (Chuck E. Cheese!)

I loaded these pictures into a post almost a whole month ago and forgot about them! Oops!

On my half birthday, I went to Chuck E. Cheese with Mommy and Daddy. We had so much fun!
I enjoyed some pizza:

I played on the games/toys:

I got my picture taken with Chuck E. Cheese in the car. I gave this Chuck E. a kiss and a hug, but I thought it was kind of weird to be riding in the car with him.

Check out the face I'm making in this picture:

Then I met big Chuck E. He was kind of scary at first. But when Daddy held me it wasn't as scary. I even kissed that big mouse on the nose!

This was my favorite part. I didn't even have to pay any tokens to play with these horses!

I had so much fun at "Uh Cheese." I can't wait to go back!

Potty News!

Well, after my potty news earlier in the week, I decided to take a little break from the potty.  It was a little bit scary.  But, then ... today.  I started thinking and Mommy read my mind.  She grabbed me up and ran to the potty with me.  She put me on the potty and GUESS WHAT!!!!!!  I went poo-poo on the potty!  It was ... THE VERY MOST SCARIEST THING EVER!  Maybe a little traumatic, even.  But, we had a potty party afterwards and Mommy and Daddy said they were so proud of me.  I might try it again one day ... in a few years.

Half Birthday!

Today is my half birthday!  I am 18 months old.  I am getting SO old and so much more mature.  (WOO-HOO!)

I know so many words now, it's impossible to count them.  There is one word that I still say ALL the time, that Mommy and Daddy can't figure out.  It's "abba-dai."  I'm not sure if I even know what it means, but it sure is fun to say!

I love to play with Maggie (but do NOT like it if she comes too close to me or licks me).
I love to play with BUBBLES!!!
I love to kick the soccer ball.
And I LOVE LOVE LOVE to color.  I sat and colored for an hour earlier this week.  Daddy says I have swirls down to a science.

Here I am on my half birthday:
(I was too busy to look up and smile for the pictures.)

Just to let you know....

This past weekend I went to White Water for the first time ... and the second time.  I had so much fun.  I learned how to say, "I go swimming."  I also discovered that I enjoy swimming in the bath tub.  I turn over on my belly and kick my legs and move my arms.  I even put my face under the water and try to blow bubbles.  So much fun!  There are no pictures of my first (or second) trip to White Water, because, well it's hard to take pictures there without getting your camera wet.

But ... MORE IMPORTANTLY (and what I really wanted to say)....

This weekend, I went tee-tee on the potty for the first time EVER!!!  Mommy has been letting me sit on the potty every night before my bath for months now.  I have never done anything before.  I normally sit there for a couple seconds, then say, "Bubbles.  Bath!"  Then, she lets me jump into my bubble bath (where I go swimming and have a super fun time!).  But, this time I actually went potty!  Then a party ensued.  We screamed for Daddy to tell him the good news.  Then, more partying and singing, and yelling.  By they way, you should know that I really enjoy saying, "Woo-hoo!" lately.  Mommy and I both love to say, "Woo-hoo!"  whenever anything exciting happens.  I guess you could say it's our thing. :)

So, it was a great long weekend.  Fun times with Grammy, Grampa, Uncle Thomas, Aunt Katherine, and Uncle Matthew at the beginning of the weekend, swimming later in the weekend, and a super fun potty experience (though I did find it kind of scary at the exact moment).

WOO-HOO!!!!!!!!

So.....

I know, I know.
I haven't posted in a few weeks.
I've been a busy girl! (Yes, I am aware that I say that in every post ... but only because it's true!)
So, what have I been up to?  ......
Well....  I have been talking like crazy.
When you ask me a question, I almost ALWAYS answer with "Noooo!"
I love to dance and sing.
I have become very "artistic." (See pictures below.)
I have still been eating really great.  I still love lots of different foods, and usually Mommy and Daddy order me a kids meal when we eat at a restaurant!
I love to help Mommy walk Maggie when we get home from work/school.  I always say, "Go Pah-py!!!" (Go potty!)
There are so many words and sentences that I say, that I can't think of them all right now.
So, instead, I will show you some pictures!

"Cheese!"

Playing around the mist fountain in Decatur.

A few Saturdays ago, I went to go see Brobee (from my favorite show, "Yo Gabba Gabba") at the mall...

...with ALL THESE PEOPLE.

Finally, after waiting for over an hour in the huge, loud crowd (in 1000 degree heat, even though we were inside) Brobee and Plex finally came out!  When Brobee turned around to go backstage, I screamed out, "BO-BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!"  He just left without saying good-bye :(

While I was waiting for Brobee, I walked around the mall with Grammy and Grampa.
I liked pushing the stroller more than actually riding in it.

Playing in the kitchen while Mommy cooked dinner a few nights ago.

Visiting Grandmommy is fun:

Daddy and me on Daddy's birthday.  I am saying, "My daddy!"  in this picture.

Um.  Yeah.  Cleaning up my "artwork."
Mommy was kind of upset, but secretly she was proud that some of my drawing looks like letters!
Plus, she couldn't be too upset, since she left me in the playroom (with a pen within reach) for NO MORE than 2-3 minutes!
What can I say?  It was just too tempting!

Sleeping in my Sunday dress.
I took a super long nap on Sunday after church ... almost 3 hours!

And NOW PRESENTING ...  An interpretive dance ... starring me!

Last Days of Summer :(

Well, the summer went by way too quickly.
This picture shows how I feel about the end of summer:

"Bleh."

This week we took one last summer trip to the park.  I think Mommy will still take me to the park after school some days, but I sure have enjoyed going in the mornings when it's still cool.

On Saturday we went out to eat a yummy lunch with my Grandma, Aunt Liz, Jake, and Uncle Mark.  I have really enjoyed spending time with family this summer!

Before the end of summer I had to try out the sprayground in Roswell.  It was so much fun.  I had NO fear.  I ran through the water, played with the big kids, and had SO MUCH FUN!!!

Then, today I went to a friend's birthday party.  I think I love birthdays!  I played and played and played.

Riding the "neigh."

"Oops!  I went Boom!"

I put these huge feet on and tried to walk around.

Backwards feet!

The jumpy slide.

"Weeeee!"

What fun!
