Mommy has been doing a lot of laundry ever since we came home from Tugaloo. You know what that means ... lots of clothes for me to grab and dress up with while she's trying to fold them! A couple days ago I pulled almost every shirt I own onto my legs (Mommy couldn't find the camera fast enough, probably because she was laughing so hard, so there are no pictures of this). Today I was playing with Mommy's clothes. I love to play dress up!

Tugaloo 2009
This was only my 2nd time going to Tugaloo, but it was the 30th year for our whole family! It was another fun year, and I really enjoyed it a lot because I could walk and talk and play with my cousins this time! Last year, I was almost four months old and mostly watched all the excitement. This year I participated in it!
I played putt-putt, ran around on the playground, played with my Grammy and Grampa (while Mommy and Daddy slept in), tried Thelma's frozen lemonade, ate homemade ice cream, went on the boat, swam in the middle of the lake, played games, gave lots of hugs, watched fireworks for the first time ("BOOM!"), watched volleyball, and much, much more!
I love putt-putt!
I tried on Daddy's hat.
Playing with my cousin Kerry and Mama Thelma
Happy 4th of July!
"Where's Katie?!"
I liked playing with the door.
In-out-in-out-in-out......
Relaxing on a walk to the park
I took this picture of Daddy.
I might need to take some photography lessons from Pop and Aunt Colleen!
We tried to do the jumping picture. You can tell Aunt Katherine has had lots of practice ... she and Josh are the only ones who were in the air!
It was a great week despite a few bumps and scrapes.
I cannot wait to go again next year!

Pretend Hiccups
This morning I was watching Mickey Mouse Playhouse. In the episode I was watching, Donald Duck had the hiccups. Then Goofy got the hiccups, and then Pluto did too! I don't know how, but the hiccups jumped out of the TV and then I got the hiccups! No, really. I did.
See for yourself:
Hehe.

Pretend Play
I like to pretend. I already have a great imagination. Daddy says I get it from him. Here's a video of me pretending to be a dog:

Summer Fun
Summer has begun and I am having so much fun! I don't need special toys or outings to have fun this summer. Just give me a box and I will entertain myself (and others) for hours!!!
Last weekend we had lots of family time with relatives on Honey's side. I met Georgia last year, but we were both so little we couldn't really remember so we had to meet all over again. I ran up to her and scared her by trying (rather aggressively) to give her a hug. After that I decided I should try another approach, so I began sharing every toy in the house with her! I think she warmed up to me eventually.
You know I want to be your friend if I share my favorite soccer ball with you!
We got to play together a lot. We played outside. We played inside. We played with toys. We played with water. We played with the piano! We played an awesome duet. We had never even practiced together before, but it sounded great. You can just ask anyone in the audience (and boy did we sure have an audience!).
Here's a picture of us playing on the Elmo sprinkler toy.
I really enjoy swimming this summer. Here's a picture of Mommy swimming with me this year.
See how much I've grown since I went swimming last year!?!?
Mommy and I really enjoy going shopping during the day when Daddy is at work. We went to Best Buy a few days ago and I discovered the Guitar Hero drum set. I think I might be a natural at the drums!
Here we are shopping again ... this time at Publix. Mommy even let me ride in the race car cart! How did I not know this thing existed? It is so much fun to drive around the store! Can you hear me saying "Vrroooooom?"
Posing for a picture ("Cheeeeeese!") in the race car!
(Mommy made sure nobody could see her taking my picture at Publix. She thought they might think she's a little crazy!)
